A new company
One engine behind every client you serve.
This is a new company, separate from kancir AI, and the engine is being built now. This is what it is being built to be, and founding partners help shape the product. It is the system an agency runs its whole client book on, and it carries your name on the front, not ours.
Your name on all of it
- Arrives
- Answered
- Qualified
- Booked
- Chased
- Recorded
- 01A lead arrives. From an ad, a form, a phone call nobody picked up.
- 02The engine will answer in under a minute, in your client's voice.
- 03It will ask the qualifying questions a good front desk would ask.
- 04It will book the appointment onto the right calendar.
- 05It will chase the no-show four days later without being told to.
- 06Every touch will land on one record, and that record is the report.
One record per person
Contacts, pipeline, notes and message history will sit in one place, with no second tool to reconcile.
AI inside the work
Drafting and qualifying will run inside the workflow. There will be no separate AI tab to go and visit.
Every channel, one thread
Email, SMS, web chat and voice will land on one thread per person, whichever way they came in.
Reporting in your colors
Sent, replied, booked, recovered. It will report on your domain, under your logo.
White label
Your agency gets the credit. The engine does the work.
White label means your client sees your brand. Your portal, your emails, your reports, your people.
The platform underneath runs the follow-up and the record keeping for you.
Think of a restaurant kitchen. Nobody at the table asks who built the oven. They care that the plate arrives hot, under the name on the door.
You own the client relationship. We stay behind the wall.
Front of house, your name on it
- Your brand
- Your portal
- Your reports
- Your campaigns
Back room, nobody's name on it
- Automation
- AI
- CRM
- Integrations
- Data
- Billing
You set the retail. You keep the spread.
Every tier is a wholesale rate per end client, fixed and published. You price it to your own clients wherever you want above that, and the difference is yours on every client, every month.
Take the Studio rate, $500 a client. Sell it at $600 and you keep $100 on each one. Across a 20-client book that is $2,000 a month, and the same $100 spread across a book of 200 clients is $20,000 a month. These are illustrations from the rates below, not results.
Founding partners can build their own sales teams on it. Your reps, your name, your price.
Three ways agencies sell it. These are illustrations. The inputs below are ours, not a client's, and the arithmetic is just what follows from them.
One. The whole book, at a markup.
An agency with 200 clients puts every one of them on the engine at the Studio rate and sells it on at $600 a client. Nothing else about the agency changes. The same clients, the same people, one line added to every invoice.
Inputs: 200 clients, Studio at $500 a client, resold at $600.
The month: $120,000 in, $100,000 out, $100 kept on each client. That is $20,000 a month to the agency. The arithmetic is ours, an illustration from the inputs beside it.
Two. Priced per location.
An agency with eight med spa clients, five locations each on average. Med spa inquiries arrive at nine at night from a phone and the front desk sees them the next afternoon. This agency prices it the way med spas already pay for everything else, per location.
Inputs: 8 clients, 40 locations at $400, Agency at $1,200 a client.
The month: $16,000 in, $9,600 out, $6,400 to the agency. Ours, an illustration from those inputs.
Three. Sold under its own name.
A 14-person agency puts its own logo and its own domain on the engine and sells it to the biggest names on its roster, the groups with a dozen locations and a phone room that stops at five. It asks $4,500 a client and holds that price. Six say yes in the first quarter.
Inputs: 6 clients at $4,500, Network at $3,000 a client.
The month: $27,000 in, $18,000 out, $9,000 to the agency. Ours, an illustration from those inputs.
You have been pitched AI automation before, and what arrived was one more tool your clients would not open. The thing on offer here is not software for them to operate. It is a result they can see in your reporting, under your name.
The ladder
Four tiers. One meter.
The rate is per end client you put on the engine, fixed and published. It covers the platform, the seats, the white-label rights, and a block of usage big enough that most months end inside it.
A worked conversation is one lead the engine picks up and works, for as long as that thread stays alive. One lead, one conversation, however many messages it takes.
A voice minute is a minute on the phone.
The block comes with each client and belongs to that client. It does not move between clients, so a quiet client does not cover a busy one and a busy client never spends anyone else's block.
Everything else is unmetered. Contacts stored, reports run, automations built, logins. Nobody should have to wonder whether opening a report costs money.
Each rung: the wholesale rate for one end client for one month, and the channels that client gets.
Studio
$500 a client a month
Email and SMS
300 worked conversations a month for each client you put on it, and that block is theirs alone. Three seats. The standard automation library. Your logo, your colors, your sending domain. Support by email, next business day.
Agency
$1,200 a client a month
Adds web chat and voice
Everything in Studio. 900 worked conversations and 60 voice minutes a month for each client, theirs alone. Ten seats. Three custom automation builds a quarter. Full white label: your own domain, your own client login, your own reports, no other name anywhere a client can see. A shared support channel, same business day.
Network
$3,000 a client a month, flat
Inbound voice, and your own CRM
Everything in Agency. 3,000 worked conversations and 300 voice minutes a month for each client, theirs alone. Thirty seats. Unlimited custom builds. You bill your own clients inside the platform and set your own retail plans in it. A named person, four-hour response, a build session every quarter.
Custom
Priced on the engagement
Sold by us, direct
A negotiated block of conversations and minutes, dedicated infrastructure, single sign-on, a data processing agreement, a business associate agreement where your clients are in healthcare. Work this size comes to us and we sell and run it ourselves, and the partner who introduced it takes a percentage of it, agreed on that deal.
Billing
The base, then the meter.
Your base is the wholesale rate times the clients you have live. It is not a deposit and it is not a cap. It is priced so that a normal month ends inside it and you pay nothing else.
Each client is metered on its own block. When one client runs past the block that came with it, everything past it bills at one published rate for your tier, and the clients that stayed inside theirs are untouched.
Overage on a client never passes half that client's rate in a month without you approving it in writing. On Agency that line sits at $600 for that client. Past it the engine keeps running. Nobody gets cut off in the middle of a campaign.
Onboarding is quoted and billed separately from the monthly rate. We stand your first clients up with you rather than handing you a login.
Published rates can move for new partners. Founding wholesale pricing is protected for 36 months from the day you sign.
| Tier | Over on conversations | Over on voice |
|---|---|---|
| Studio | $0.30 each | Voice is not on this tier |
| Agency | $0.22 each | $0.35 a minute |
| Network | $0.15 each | $0.25 a minute |
A small month.
Agency at $1,200 a client. Twelve clients live, so the base is $14,400, and each of those twelve comes with 900 worked conversations and 60 voice minutes of its own.
The busiest of the twelve runs 640 conversations and 44 voice minutes. The other eleven run under that. Not one client reaches the end of its own block.
The bill is $14,400. There is nothing else on it.
A large month.
The same agency at twenty clients at $1,200, so the base is $24,000, and every one of the twenty has 900 conversations and 60 voice minutes of its own. One client runs a spring promotion and puts up 2,000 worked conversations and 200 voice minutes. The other nineteen stay inside their own blocks, and none of that is spent on the client that ran hot.
Over on conversations, on that client: 1,100 at $0.22 is $242.
Over on voice, on that client: 140 minutes at $0.35 is $49.
That is $291 of overage on one client, against a cap of $600 for that client. The cap does not bind.
The bill is $24,291. One client's line carries all of the overage, and that client's cap was never reached.
The note that comes with it says which client ran hot and what it cost. Moving a client up a rung mid-month is credited pro rata.
Founding partners
Built with a small number of partners.
What a founding partner gets on the commercial side
These are terms of the reseller agreement. They are not terms of any ownership arrangement. Ownership is the conversation below.
- Founding wholesale pricing, protected for 36 months.
- White-label rights from the first day. Your brand, your domain, your client portal.
- You set the retail price and keep the spread on every client.
- Build your own sales team on it. Your reps sell it under your name, at your price.
- Priority onboarding. We help you package it and launch your first accounts.
- A roadmap session every quarter, with real input on what gets built next.
- Priority support and a private channel.
- Your client data stays yours, exportable on request.
- A referral commission when you send us work we take on directly, time-boxed, separate from your own resale margin. It is paid on business only.
The engine is being built now, inside a new company. A small number of founding partners start with us and help shape what the product becomes. Partners can hold an ownership stake in that company.
No partner holds more than 10%. The founders hold the controlling stake today, and how that changes is part of the conversation.
Ownership terms are shared in conversation and papered by counsel.
Nothing is sold on this page. No money is solicited here and none will be accepted here. Reaching out puts you under no obligation, and it puts us under none either.
Early-stage companies fail often. An ownership stake at this stage can lose all of its value. It may not be resellable, and later financings will dilute it. Nothing on this page is an offer to sell a security or a solicitation of an offer to buy one.
