Local businesses that run on leads. Med spas, recovery and wellness studios, clinics, home services, any operation where inquiries come in and some of them go quiet.
We built the software that works your leads, and we run it for you. It works with whatever you already use, whether that is GoHighLevel, Vagaro, Zenoti, Boulevard, Jobber, or a spreadsheet. You never log into it, and there is nothing new to learn and nothing to move.
There are two streams. We recover the leads already sitting cold in your system, and we work every new inquiry as it arrives so nothing goes cold again.
We do not generate leads. Your marketing does that. We make sure every lead you already paid for actually gets worked.

The two people running your account
We are both 17. We started kancir AI here in Colorado Springs in the summer of 2026, and we have kept it to the two of us on purpose. The people who sell you the work are the people who do it.
Landon Kancir
Founder and CEO
Builds and runs the follow-up system. He writes the messages your business sends and sets them up against the system you already use.
Eric Huang
Co-founder
Runs relationships and delivery. He is who you call when you want something changed, and he stays on it until it is changed.
Where we stand
We are not asking you to trust us. We are asking for fifteen minutes to earn it.
Our age comes up on every call, and it should. So we lead with the work instead. Show us how inquiries reach you and what happens to the ones that go quiet, and we will show you what is sitting there.
If there is nothing worth recovering in your pipeline, we will say so on the call. That answer costs you nothing, and it saves us a client we should not have taken.

Your name, your voice
Everything goes out under your business name and sounds like your business. Our name never reaches your customers.
You approve the words
Nothing sends until it is approved against wording you signed off on. Nothing goes out that you have not signed off on.
A person handles the odd ones
Anything unusual comes to a human first instead of getting guessed at. Nothing automatic improvises with your customers.
Small on purpose
We take a limited number of clients at a time, because the two of us run all of them. Quality is a capacity question and we treat it that way.
Local
We can walk into your shop
We are in Colorado Springs and we work with businesses here. If you want us to sit in your front office and watch how an inquiry actually moves through it, we will drive over.
